Michael Nacht is a seasoned litigator with over 15 years of experience representing clients in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and mediations. His experience ranges from simple breach of contract matters to fraud claims, employment disputes, intellectual property, and a wide array of commercial disputes. He has represented individual business owners, executives, and private and public companies. He has also represented companies, both domestic and international, and investment banks, in a wide range of commercial transactions and assists public companies in making periodic, quarterly, and annual filings.

Mr. Nacht earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and completed his undergraduate degree at the John’s Hopkins University. He is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and has been admitted pro hac vice on matters in Colorado, Florida, and California, among other states.
