Lena Paxos 

Of Counsel

Lena is a highly accomplished litigator, having handled countless hearings and trials in both the criminal and civil settings. A large component of her practice focuses on construction related issues, including litigating complex issues involving New York Lien Law provisions. Her experience is integral to her success in representing clients, and she utilizes this experience to counsel clients in not only litigation postures, but also as outside general counsel for a litany of clients across numerous business sectors. 

Lena is a former prosecutor with the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office where she served in the Narcotics Bureau as well as the Trial Bureau.
