John is an experienced practitioner, with more than 30 years of practice in both civil and criminal law. John is an experienced trial attorney, having tried cases both as plaintiff’s counsel and defense counsel, obtaining positive victories for his clients on each side. He also serves as outside general counsel and litigation counsel to building ownership groups as well as building management companies. 

John is also admitted in California, where he handles matter largely concerning corporate malfeasance, administrative matters and actions, and other matters which primarily focus on the garbage and carting businesses. That said, John is experienced in counseling corporate entities on both New York and California on matters concerning general business and corporate risk exposure issues.
